Flat Rate Water Softeners wants everybody to be able to use this website, find out about our services and book work with us, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means text with enough colour contrast to read, a clear heading on every page with sections in a logical order, descriptive text for meaningful images, links and buttons large enough to tap, forms with labelled fields, and pages that can be used with a keyboard alone and resized without losing content.

What may not work perfectly

Some content comes from other companies, such as a financing application, embedded maps, review widgets or videos, and we cannot always control how accessible it is. Older photos and documents may not yet have full descriptions. We review the website as we change it and fix problems as we find them.

Everything you can do on this website you can also do by talking to us. We can give you a quote, book or change an appointment, explain your water test results or send you a document in another format.
