Matt is honest and transparent in his products and prices. Zero pressure in the quote process and was great to work with. After assessing our families needs we got a very competitive quote with other companies in the area — and half the price of Costco… don’t buy from Costco. It only took about 10 days from quote to install and he got everything hooked up for us in just about an hour. Would recommend to anyone in Utah County.

Loved the experience of buying a water softener through this company. If you have seen Parks and Rec, it was just like doing business with Ron Swanson, and that is a high compliment. :) I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or push anything on me. I checked with several companies. Flat Rate Water Softeners was the only company that was straight forward, honest, and upfront with all of the information I was asking for. By far the most reasonably priced! The work done was professional and very considerate. Lines run cleanly and out of the way.
